Expect a price $300 plus delivery.
You will need to disassemble the old worm box. Very carefully remove the dial and shaft that winds the cable, the winding handle and any other parts. They should come apart without undue force. If you’ve left the mill out in the weather the worm box bearings may be stuffed so you can demolish it to avoid damaging the attached Lewisaw parts. Re-assemble the new worm box with the old attached parts using liberal amounts of “antiseize”.
You may notice that I’ve extended the winding handle by adding a piece of 20mm trickle pipe, this avoids any undue force on the handle that might bend/break the worm box shaft.
